Who is responsible
This website is run by Andrei Savolainen, who is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach me at mail@andreisavolainen.com.
Contact form
When you send a message through the contact form, I receive your name, email address and message. I use them only to read and reply to your message. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps you ask me to take before a possible agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and (b)).
Messages are delivered to my email and a copy is stored in this website’s database. I delete them when they are no longer needed, and at the latest 24 months after our last contact. Your data is not sold or used for marketing.
Hosting
The website and its database are hosted by Namecheap, Inc., which processes data on my behalf as a hosting provider. Like most web servers, the server may keep short-term technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking, and it does not set cookies for visitors. Fonts are served from this website, not from third-party services.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- see the personal data I hold about you,
- have incorrect data corrected,
- have your data deleted,
- restrict or object to its use, and
- receive your data in a portable format.
